25.01.2022 Great day 1 for the 12&Unders. All the kids had a great time representing their club at the highest level of 12&U club racing. Great work to both 10&U fressetyle relay teams who had great swims. Congratulation Dijanan M who won two medals 100 FS (SILVER) & 50 FS (BRONZE) Another big day of racing tomorrow.

21.01.2022 Another successful day in the pool for our 12&Unders. Over the two days we saw heaps of PBs, top 10s and even some medals. Relays as always were a standout with great swims by all the kids. Well done to our 10x50 relays, girls finished 7th & boys 13th. ... A big thanks to the parents who helped timekeep, without your assistance these carnivals cannot run. Get some well deserved rest over the Christmas/New Year break. GREAT WORK KIDS!!!

18.01.2022 Congratulations Maddie Hinds who competed at NSW MC State Championships. Maddie did a great job with 5 races in a short time frame. She had an outstanding 11 second PB in the 200 BK and ended up with 5 GOLD medals. Great swimming Maddie.

16.01.2022 Day 6: Great final heats session today. Isobel swam a very good 100 FS around PB, very good backend 50.... Eva swam a 2 second PB in her 200 BRS to break 3:00 for the first time long course. Georgia swam a massive 3.6 second PB in the 200 BK to qualify for the final tonight. Great work swimmers.

15.01.2022 What a great way to wrap up 9 days of State with a PB to Georgia in the 200 BK final, her first ever State final. Well done to all swimmers who competed at State Open Water, 12/U & 13-18 years.

12.01.2022 The girls 4x100 relay did a great job with all four of them swimming PB splits. Unfortunatly the team got DQ, we learn and move on. Great swimming girls. Day 1 showed how hard everyone has been working the past months with 100% long course PB swims. Bring on the rest of the week.

12.01.2022 Day 2: GREAT morning session with big swims by all. Georgia - 50 FS big PB... Sarah - 50 FS just over PB Greg - 50 FS big PB Greg also swam a massive 2.7 second PB in his 100 BRS to qualify for the 16 years 100 BRS final tonight in 6th. Also a NATIONAL TIME Tonight we have the 13-14 4x50 FS girls relay and Gregs 100 BRS. Good luck swimmers.

11.01.2022 Day 2 Another big day in the pool with heaps of PBs, medals and new qualifying times. Great racing by everyone. A big thanks to parents for all your help over the weekend. ... Keep an eye out for the full meet report early next week.

11.01.2022 Day 1 It saw some impressive swims across all age groups along with a very high percentage of PBs, many Metro/State times and medals. One highlight of the day was our awesome freestyle relay teams (see pics). Both the 10&U Boys and 12&U girls took out the GOLD medals. All the other relay teams swam big PBs. It was great to see all swimmers in relays step up for their TEAM. ... Swimming fast is that much easier when you are having fun doing so, our swimmers demonstrated that today. Get some rest, we look forward to another big day tomorrow. James & Eric

10.01.2022 Day 4: Today was mainly all about Breaststroke with Gregs 200 BRS & Evas 100 BRS. Greg also swam the 200 FS earlier in the day. Today was a test of how to handle the highs and lows of swimming.... Eva swam an awesome 100 BRS to finish 13th, not far off finals. GRRAT SWIM EVA.... Greg had a big morning program with the 200 FS into the 200 BRS. FS was around PB, his BRS he swam a 2.7 second PB to qualify for the final only 0.5 off the national time. His final was another 5 seconds faster at 2:30, unfortunately he for DQ for a minor infringement....would of finished 5th from the outside lane. OUTSTANDING SWIM REGARDLESS, 7.7 seconds of PB in one day. Being an athlete is all about learning, sometimes things dont go your way when you want them to. We learn from it and become better for it. Two more days to go....keep up the great swimming TEAM.

06.01.2022 Over the long weekend we had a group of swimmers attend the Port Macquarie carnival. They all did a great job at their first long course meet of the season and even got to meet James Magnussen which was an added bonus. We hope everyone had a great long weekend.
