24.01.2022 What a great way to wrap up 9 days of State with a PB to Georgia in the 200 BK final, her first ever State final. Well done to all swimmers who competed at State Open Water, 12/U & 13-18 years.

12.01.2022 Day 3: We have hit the half way mark of the meet with just the one swim today. Georgia swam a solid 100 BK to just miss the final, finishing 13th. ... Good work Georgia.

11.01.2022 Day 6: Great final heats session today. Isobel swam a very good 100 FS around PB, very good backend 50.... Eva swam a 2 second PB in her 200 BRS to break 3:00 for the first time long course. Georgia swam a massive 3.6 second PB in the 200 BK to qualify for the final tonight. Great work swimmers.

09.01.2022 Day 4: Today was mainly all about Breaststroke with Greg's 200 BRS & Eva's 100 BRS. Greg also swam the 200 FS earlier in the day. Today was a test of how to handle the highs and lows of swimming.... Eva swam an awesome 100 BRS to finish 13th, not far off finals. GRRAT SWIM EVA.... Greg had a big morning program with the 200 FS into the 200 BRS. FS was around PB, his BRS he swam a 2.7 second PB to qualify for the final only 0.5 off the national time. His final was another 5 seconds faster at 2:30, unfortunately he for DQ for a minor infringement....would of finished 5th from the outside lane. OUTSTANDING SWIM REGARDLESS, 7.7 seconds of PB in one day. Being an athlete is all about learning, sometimes things don't go your way when you want them to. We learn from it and become better for it. Two more days to go....keep up the great swimming TEAM.
