25.01.2022 Hey guys! I’m starting a new active older adults fitness class in a beautiful location in the centre of Cairns. Classes are $10.

25.01.2022 Hi guys! Unfortunately Ive made the hard decision to temporarily cancel our Wednesday morning aqua class at Oceans Edge Health Club due to low participant numbers. The water is a bit chilly at the moment and class will resume as soon as it gets warmer. Monday 9am will stay on the timetable & the Esplanade 9am Saturday. Mel

I just wanted to say THANKYOU to all of you beautiful ladies & gents that have supported my little aqua aerobics business over the years. Thanks for standing by me & my family through the good times and the bad. Your kindness and generosity is so beautiful and Im ever so grateful to have you all in my life. 24.01.2022 GOOD NEWS FOR THE ESPLANADE LAGOON FREE CLASSES !! BACK NEXT SATURDAY JULY 11 1. All sessions must be non-contact. 2. Land based Active Living classes are to be capped at 100 attendees.... 3. For the Lagoon / Aqua Zumba, maximum bathers in the water is currently capped at 150 people. 4. Contact details MUST be obtained for every attendee (Date, Name, Phone Number).

18.01.2022 After a long break in uncertain times we have been given the green light to resume classes at Oceans Edge Health Club As restrictions are lifted in stage 3 of the covid 19 madness we will be back in the pool Monday 13th & Wednesday 15th July. 04.01.2022 A message from Michelle regarding pool Unfortunately no aqua until further notice. Hi ALL - after obtaining clarification and in line with the other public pools in the area - Our Lap Pool ONLY (NOT THE SAUNA) will remain open from tomorrow (AT DESIGNATED OPENING TIMES) as a standalone facility for the time being, until we are directed otherwise.... WEEKDAYS - 6am - 10am & 4pm-6pm Saturday - 6am - 9am TAKE AWAY COFFEE IS ALSO AVAILABLE !!!!! We will continue to keep you updated, as any government decisions are announced.We are working within ALL Current guidelines for public health and safety under recommended operation during notifications for COVID-19. Please ensure the following requirements are adhered too during your visit: + Social Distancing + Super Hygiene. We will do our bit for as long as we can but we all have to do our bit + Please shower before entering the pool and use soap. + Sick - dont come! Not even a sniffle. + Minimise the use of change rooms - we are cleaning change rooms regularly but please minimise contact wherever you can. + Keep your distance in the lanes and if a swimmer is coming into the pool then move up the lane rope Please shower at home after your swim SAUNA IS NOT ACCESSIBLE

03.01.2022 Hi team Hope youre all doing well and staying healthy! I havent had baby yet and he/she is showing no signs of wanting to come out due on Friday. I found this aqua aerobic kit online.. Ive not tried it out but it looks interesting and affordable. Just thought Id share the info just in case you wanted to try it. Im sure it would be just as much of a workout for non pregnant women. ... Also ..Michelle has put together an amazing online timetable which includes Sonias Pilates & seniors classes , yoga and a whole heap more.
