15.01.2022 A beautiful evening and some fantastic views over our Port City reminding us of what a very lovely place it is to live. Fremantle Sea Rescue is one of Australia...s busiest Sea Rescue groups. Fremantle Sea Rescue has been assisting the boating and water using public of WA for over 47 years. They are a registered Australian Charity, run by volunteers who willingly dedicate their personal time to help others in need on the water. They cover the waters around Fremantle, including Rottnest Island and both the Swan and Canning Rivers. We visited the operations centre at the top of Cantonment Hill, officially opened on the 26th November 2016, the Fremantle Sea Rescue Operations Centre (ROC) is the result of countless volunteer hours, the extreme generosity of a group of local businesses and individuals and grants from both state and federal government. Our generous hosts showed us the whole centre and how the radio room operates and we were able to take photos of exceptional views from the top of the building.

The role is varied and fast paced and provides support to the Directors and Engineers. To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes: Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A minimum of 5 years experience in an administration role. Experience using Microsoft Office. Previous experience with processing payroll. Experience using Xero Accounting Software and Workflow Max Software is preferred but not essential. A current drivers licence is essential. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Customer service including answering inbound calls and reception duties. Manage and update customer details in Xero and Workflow Max Preparation of letters, quotations, reports and invoicing. Daily mail preparation. Processing of wages in accordance with company policies, procedures and current legislation and acts. Review and entering of time recordings. Follow up outstanding creditors to ensure payments are received promptly. Bank reconciliation including visa cards. Payment of superannuation. Liaising with the external accountants. 09.01.2022 Hello Guys, I have been approached by a lovely lady named Hina who is a recruitement consultant andis looking to fill the following positions. If you know of anyone who may be interested please let me know and I will pass on the details to Hina. Here are the positions Im looking to fill: ... 3 full-time bookkeepers with strong admin skills, with at least 5 years experience and must have advance Excel. All South of the River - Canning Vale, Willetton and Kenwick. 1 full-time bookkeeper with 3 to 5 years experience with office management/admin skills. Will have to help out in other areas of the business as they all muck in when needed. This one is in CBD. 1 full-time AR person who has experience with generating high volume invoices. Must be very strong IT skills, as they will be maintaining the company website. This is SOR in Canning Vale. 1 full-time bookkeeper for a temp assignment for 3 weeks starting in July. Again SOR in Maddington.
