It’s about having a plan and committing to that plan. It is about reaping the rewards of your hard work. Tan is a successful, hardworking engineer. He has taken the good habits he has used to become a success at work and applied them to his gym work. The results are amazing. Tan has come a long way in his fitness journey and he has still got a way to go. Your first step is the hardest however once you make that step you will never look back. Back yourself, be kind to yourself and believe in yourself.
