15.01.2022 AquaStretch is an amazing aquatic rehabilitation technique. It restores lost flexibility, improves mobility and decreases pain. As a wheelchair racer our paraplegic athlete needs to release and reverse effects of heavy training. AquaStretch helps to free up fascial adhesions caused through repetitive movement.

12.01.2022 Does size matter? Facilitating an AquaStretch treatment on someone who is far taller than yourself can still be achieved, with maybe a few modifications. I don't know if @bigdave449 is making @lyndakeane.area too small or the other way round. Lynda is 5ft 5
