25.01.2022 Recruit || 2021 We’re stoked to announce Brennan McCafferty has decided to join Aquinas for 2021 and beyond. Son of Bloods legend Pat he can’t wait to join a club going places and be part of our future success.... He loved his time training with the squad mid season during the Covid lockdowns and will look to use his pace and versatility to add to our premiership aspirations. Coming across from EFL powerhouse Vermont Brennan is sure to add some experience to our young group. Go Bloods

23.01.2022 The club is very excited to announce the intention to form a development women’s side in 2021. This will mean that every weekend twice as many women will pull on the red, black and green. It will also provide a direct pathway from our junior girls program into senior football.... The addition of the women’s team has been nothing but positive for the club and it is incredible that in just our 4th season we’re expanding to seniors and reserves. An extra team means we need more players so if you’re interested in joining or know somebody who is flick an email to [email protected] or get in touch via the various socials. Training details to come very shortly. Go Bloods

21.01.2022 Committed || 2021 Pleased to see Reicho commit to the club for 2021 and beyond. Adam has been an integral part of the U19’s midfield for the past 2 seasons and uses his strength over the footy and pace to his advantage.... Filters played his first senior game at the age of 17 and has managed 8 games in the 1s since arriving at Bloods Stadium. Go Bloods

21.01.2022 Merry Christmas to the entire Aquinas community. Surround yourself with loved ones and people you care about. Stay safe on the roads and look after each other.... Send a message to a mate you haven’t heard from in a while. Most importantly enjoy yourselves and we’ll see everybody back at Bloods Stadium before we know it

20.01.2022 These former Aquinas players are as old as the pyramids. On their 32nd annual Sceptre Golf Trip. A few familiar faces in this photo, they’d be telling a few tall tales about past premiership glory.... Once a Blood always a Blood.

18.01.2022 Recruit || 2021 Really excited to announce Riley Christgoergl has committed to Aquinas as her local club for 2021. Riley is a current player with Footscray Bulldogs VFLW side and is a hard running, smart, intercept backline player.... She brings a high level of professionalism to training and will be a great asset to the women’s program both on and off the field. She has represented the Big V on two occasions and won the ‘Spirit of the Big V’ award in 2017 against AFL Goldfields. Riley will also become the 14th member of the extended O’Loughlin family to pull on the red, black and green of Aquinas. Go Bloods

15.01.2022 Committed || 2021 Great to see Campbell Grech committing for 2021 at Bloods Stadium. A dominant U19 ruckman Grechy will be looking to cement his place in the senior side in 2021 and beyond.... Go Bloods

11.01.2022 Committed || 2021 Excited to announce Sophie Matthys has recommitted to the club for 2021. With the expansion to 2 sides this season Soph will be an invaluable asset in the engine room and will be looking to win her 3rd consecutive BnF award.... She has an uncanny knack of finding the footy in tight and always makes good decisions with the ball in her hands. Go Bloods

08.01.2022 Recruit || 2021 We’re excited to announce the arrival of Meg Dargan at Bloods Stadium. Dargs has had a more than distinguished basketball career and has decided to swap codes and pull on the red, black and green.... A prolific school footballer she’s taken to pre-season training like a fish to water and we can’t wait to see her in the middle of the ground racking up the clearances. Go Bloods

04.01.2022 Recruit || 2021 We’re thrilled to have Sam Nix join the club for 2021 and beyond. An inside midfielder who tackles hard and plays tall he will be a great asset for Aquinas.... Nixy comes across from Montrose in the EFL where he has played since juniors and has won 2 Reserves Best & Fairest awards. He has also won 2 USAFL National Championships with the Austin Crows alongside Bloods premiership back man Tim Christou. Sam fits our recruitment profile perfectly and most importantly is a great bloke. Nixy has many mates at the club already and can’t wait to help us on our journey to more premiership glory. Go Bloods
