25.01.2022 Installing a PRV Controller from i2O. Utilising smart technology the client was able to adjust & monitor the pressure remotely. The client reported a huge reduction in leakages & burst frequency.

24.01.2022 Pregnant liquor measurement with clamp on flowmeters. Traditional DP measurement is tried and trusted but requires regular maintenance and involves high risk activities.

24.01.2022 Replacing an old inline meter with a Flexim Ultrasonic flow meter. Almost 40mm of fat build-up on the inside of a waste water line.

24.01.2022 Flow measurement and water loss survey. The only source of water on the magnificent One & Only Hayman resort island is the RO plant so the cost of water is high. Identifying and reducing losses caused by leaks amount to $ 100s per year. In a JV with WaterGroup we were able to locate several leaks utilizing Ultrasonic leak detection and flow metering equipment.

20.01.2022 Buried UUltrasonic flow meter - simple low cost method. No interruption or contact with the water. Installed in remote locations without solar power. Logging network flow balance across 10 separate locations. Low flow and night flows are logged and results used to model hydraulics and future flow requirements. All sites installed within one day in midwestern NSW town.
