As you all know, I am a very private person who holds Arakan very closely to my heart, I am always very mindful to only share this ver...y potent knowledge with the right people who will utilise the knowledge for good purpose. Over the years I have had countless requests to share my knowledge with the public. I have finally succumb to pressure here is a tutorial that I hope you would all be proud of, I wanted my closest, most trusted and loyal friends to see it first. My intention for making this information public is to empower many beautiful people out there with loving attitudes that I may not necessarily get the opportunity to teach personally.
