It may seem like they are all gone like the pic to the right but there will always be other worker bees buzzing about during the day. 08.01.2022 The crystallization of honey is a natural process. Pure raw or unheated honey has a natural tendency to crystallize, it does not affect the honey except for color and texture. Crystallized honey preserves the flavor and quality characteristics of the liquid honey. We do not heat our honey as it loses it’s best qualities. If you prefer liquid honey you can always place your jar in some warm water, we suggest honey is not heated over 35 degrees so it doesn’t loose its natural qualities.
