21.01.2022 I would like to announce that I will be opening an ebay store next week. Search for Ararat books and Collectables, but I'll post a link when it's up and running. It will include comics, records, books, garaganalia and more!

21.01.2022 Spent an enjoyable day at Clunes Booktown wandering around the many stalls and catching up some of our friends in the book trade. We were able to buy some stock for the shop including talking books and scarce Australiana which we were looking for. There were quite a few workshops this year and we attended one titled The joys of being a book collector. There is always so much to learn and this talk was excellent. Are you a book accumulator or a collector? Do you collect one particular author? or follow a subject or maybe cover-art from a specific decade. Whatever you collect there is always a great buzz when you find that elusive edition. Special this month. We are deleting videos from our stock and all of them are on sale for $1.00 each including the box sets at $1.00 each. There are lots of quality titles available.

11.01.2022 A great turn out on Friday evening for the book launch of Remembering the Call - Ararat and District War Memorials and those who served 1914-1918. The unveiling was assisted by retired Major General Tim McOwan. Books can still be purchased from the Library for $30. Get your copy before they run out!
