25.01.2022 This year, the Ararat City Band celebrated ANZAC Day a little differently this year. There was no street march or no Dawn Service. Some of our members got up early and had their own Dawn Service. They stood at the end of their driveway and played The Last Post. It was a chilling experience and something to all be proud of. Lest We Forget

07.01.2022 It's wonderful to see so many people coming up with different ways to keep the spirit of ANZAC Day alive! Do you play an instrument? Join with other musicians ...across the state, who will be playing the Last Post from their driveways at 6 am on the 25th April. The sheet music is attached - even if you're a bit rusty, it's the sentiment that counts! See more

Karl and Montana, Covid may have limited who could attend your wedding but we certainly hope those that could make it, made it as wonderful a day as it should be. You certainly had the weather for it. We wish you many years of happiness together.

01.01.2022 After a Coronavirus enforced leave of absence, preparations now under way for rehearsals to restart. The Ararat City Band committee have taken advantage of technology to have meetings online and now preparing to get back into rehearsals.
