01.01.2022 Hey Everyone! We have had some people asking for our phone number so we just wanted to give the rundown on how we prefer to handle tattoo enquiries. - We don't have a phone in the shop, we find that taking enquiries over the phone is super difficult. We cannot give prices, we cannot see reference photos and there is no record of the conversation we have had with you. Sometimes it's also really difficult to hear you properly if you're in the car/out and about, or we have oth...er customers around us. - Although we love when people come into the shop, please understand that Rick cannot always stop tattooing and do an on the spot consultation with you. When he has to do this several times a day, it puts him behind with the tattoo he is working on and it's not fair on the client that is in the chair. If you wish to discuss your design face to face with Rick, please book a consultation appointment, that way you have his full attention! If you want to come in to just book an appointment or get a quote on a set design that is fine, Alexis can look after you with that! - Our preferred methods of communication is via Facebook / Instagram / Email. This way there is a record of our convo with you, a record of any quotes we have provided, appointments that are booked and reference photos for your design - all in a neat little package :) - Please understand that we are super busy, so if we haven't had a chance to reply to your message yet, we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please don't send '???' to us because we haven't replied yet, it's super rude. Thanks for your understanding with this! Please know that our no phone rule isn't because we don't want to talk to you!
