25.01.2022 Only 2 weeks until my first container from Europe arrives. Who's getting excited? I know I am.... or is that fear and nervousness of the work ahead? haha... It will take me 2 days just to empty the container before I even start sorting out the stock that will be sent out straight away. But I'm hoping to have all the pre-orders out of the door by the Friday.

24.01.2022 An update on my first container of jigsaw puzzles arriving on 7th September. I have just reset all the stock levels to zero but don't panic. I've done this to double check the stock levels and will add them in again as I go through them all, as to what has been ordered, and what has already been sold. In this regard, I want to thank all my customers who have put their trust in me, I have sold just on 400 puzzles out of the container already and I expect that to increase sign...ificantly as the date gets closer. I've also broken down the Import Order category into brands and will transfer the puzzles into their respective brands in this category only, as I check the stock levels. I hope this isn't too confusing for you all, I am doing this very methodically to ensure no mistakes are made (to be best of my ability anyway )

24.01.2022 There is absolutely no chance that all orders will get sent out this week. Sorry I can only do ten hours a day at the shop and I am working as quickly as possible. I’ve already done 3 carloads to the post office and planning to do 1-2 per day until I’m caught up. I also have to get the shop looking presentable before Saturday’s trading.... Trust me guys, I’m going as fast as possible, I hope you can all remain patient with me. Thanks.

21.01.2022 All container pre-orders have now been sent out. Emails advising customers about their orders will be sent out tomorrow, along with a few customer short-supplied refunds. As much as I hate letting any of my customers down, at the end of the day, I was only missing around 20 puzzles out of about 1000 that were pre-ordered. My next task will be to slowly work my way through the shop counting the stock and adjusting the website stock levels where necessary.... I’m taking a well-earned rest for the rest of today after putting in about 125 hours of work since last Monday

21.01.2022 The 3D Crystal Puzzles category has just been updated and includes a few new puzzles along with some of the Disney puzzles that are extremely hard to find. The Disney puzzles have been discontinued, but I stumbled across a few of them and have 3 of each coming in. The 3D Crystal Puzzles range continue to be very popular, both at my shop and online.

20.01.2022 It’s all a bit overwhelming at the moment. So if you think moving house is hard, try finding space to put 5000 jigsaw puzzles into shelves. Lucky I’m good at Tetris!

18.01.2022 I have commenced adding the jigsaw puzzles from the first container onto my Ebay shop as well. They are also being added to all the different piece count, picture type and brand name categories throughout the website. I would expect that many of these puzzles will be sold before the container arrives on 7th September. Around 200 puzzles have already been pre-sold but this number will increase quickly as they appear on my Ebay site. If you want any of the puzzles that are in... this container, please place your order in advance as I expect that these will start selling quickly. As they sell on Ebay, I will be adjusting the stock levels on the website, therefore, the stock levels on the website should remain accurate. There are now over 900 titles in the import order category, but as I work through my order, there will probably be around 1200 different puzzles to choose from when I have finished this process. Have fun choosing everyone - it was pretty hard for me to work out which ones to bring in as there were so many to choose from.

16.01.2022 My shop is ready for another weekend of trading, no room on the shelves for the 40 Wasgij puzzles so they’re on the floor this weekend. And I’ve got plenty of Anatolian stock at the moment!

14.01.2022 Unfortunately, my container has been picked out by customs to do a random inspection so it won't be here on Monday as planned. But hopefully by Tuesday or Wednesday. Everything has been on time, the ship docked yesterday afternoon and everything was good to go for Monday, until Customs got involved. I will keep everyone updated as soon as I know better. Needless to say, I'm not very happy

12.01.2022 I have now completed adding all the Grafika brand jigsaw puzzles that are arriving in the first container. There's some beauties in there including more Josephine Wall and Francois Ruyer puzzles. There are 145 different Grafika brand puzzles arriving in the container. Some of the pictures are included here.

12.01.2022 The Funbox Puzzles section in my shop at Carrara Markets. This brand’s reputation is growing quickly with solid 2mm thick pieces and great designs. So come down to my ARB Games & Puzzles shop around Carrara Markets and say hi.

12.01.2022 I have received a nice delivery of Cobble Hill jigsaw puzzles, mainly 1000 pieces and 6 x 2000 piece puzzles. 08.01.2022 Grafika Travel Around The World Jigsaw Puzzles Clearance Sale. As this range of puzzles don't seem to be selling as quickly as I thought they would, I have decided to clear them out. The 1000 piece puzzles have been reduced from $29.95 to $20.00 and the 2000 piece puzzles have been reduced from $49.95 to $30.00.... Be quick as this sale will only be while stocks last.

05.01.2022 My container has arrived. 8 pallets unloaded this afternoon and 3 more to do in the morning. Then to sort all the puzzles out and pack all the pre-orders (somewhere between 900 and 1000 puzzles have been presold). Customs were nice and cleared my container over the weekend and the freight company knew I was desperate to get it today. So they have been great! I'll post photos of the shop again when it is all set up.... Anyone local to the Gold Coast, the puzzles will be available to purchase and pick up from my shop at Carrara Markets from this weekend.

03.01.2022 There was a chance that my container of puzzles was going to be here on Wednesday, but the schedule has been adjusted back to the original date. So arrival is still Monday 7th September as originally planned. It’s actually good as I won’t have to rush to get everything done in two days before a weekend’s trading

03.01.2022 I've decided to start adding quantities to the puzzles that are arriving in my second import order with a current ETA of 9th October so that customers can start pre-ordering any puzzles that take their fancy. I won't be covering the entire shipment this time but I expect I'll have about 300-400 of them available for preorder slowly becoming available over the next 3 weeks as I process them. I will also be adding these to Ebay at the same time so be quick!... This will probably be my last import shipment before Christmas as I simply don't have the funds to do a 3rd shipment at this stage. Even though this warehouse in Europe has so many great new puzzles in stock.
