23.01.2022 Following up yesterdays post on Bracket Fungus Arbor Co is very fortunate to have access to technology that allows us to determine any hazardous issues affecting the tree. The machine we are using is called a Picus Sonic tomograph. This test is a noninvasive way of deterring the level of decay in the tree. ... We mentioned in our previous post how bracket fungus determines that there is a problem happening within the tree. The reason we use the Picus test is to give us indications of the level of decay where the bracket fungus is located. We can then determine if we can retain the tree or if the tree unfortunately has to be removed.
