24.01.2022 SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL & MEANINGFUL for team at Rosela Hospital PEOPLE's INTELLECTUAL & POTENTIAL -- As apple trees (or any fruit trees) only bear good fruits when they are planted in the right soil, tended with care and nourished with the right nutrients -- so do people's intellectual and potential! They need the right training and learning to help them grow new skills, capabilities, knowledge as well as shaping their mindset. It was a real joy spending at least 10 hours -- wor...king directly with about 60 people or 30% of total staff at Rosela Hospital -- "nourishing" their intellectual and bringing forth their potential by introducing two essential topics on Communication: "Be a good communicator! How?" and Leadership: "What it takes to lead" in interactive focused group discussions. Here, I'd like to share with you some pictures taken here and there ... inside and outside our "class room". I thank each one of them for their enthusiasms and yearnings for such learnings. May they become great team who serve their patients with utmost care and love. All the best! 13.01.2022 AMIDS COVID-19: Time to retreat ... Here in Sydney, I strolled down the roads: in the City (yesterday) and my neighbourhood this afternoon -- so quiet! Almost like abandoned place. Churches closed. Libraries starting this 2PM were also closed. Dear friends, they are two places I love most in the world. Heart breaking ... ... But, LET'S BE GOOD SONS AND DAUGHTERS of the nation and of the world -- we had to obey and had to bear this, together. On a brighter side: it's the best time to read books that nourish our heart and soul. And write ... when inspiration calls :) And ... daily, daily, morning, evening and night: Let's say our pray that this "storm" be over soon. May God have mercy on us and the whole world. God bless you and your loved ones, and protect you and your loved ones from any danger, today, forever and always.

11.01.2022 INTELLECTUAL EXERCISE: Even for a ballerina! If in the 15th century, Saint Ignatius of Loyola discovered the importance of Spiritual Exercise to keep our soul in tuned with God's will, and to help us discern our true purpose in our life ... What do we do to keep our body fit and healthy? Physical Exercise! Of course! But what do we have to do to BUILD OUR SELF-ESTEEM and CONFIDENCE? Intellectual Exercise! ... INTELLECTUAL EXERCISE helps us keep our intellect bright and sharp; and by knowing this -- it's as though we have a "lantern" for our path -- we are able to see what we are meant to do: find the right role or job; working in the right place and with the right people that will make our skills nourished and grow. BALLERINA? Intellectual Exercise is for all professionals -- even for a ballerina! Yes, I have been privilege to journey with Tomoko, a Japanese ballerina and a ballet instructor, here in Sydney. TOMOKO needs help to build her confidence --not in dancing-- but in her speaking. She needs help to uncover her other talents, skills and abilities apart from ballet. Including building her excellent resume! Well, I am pleased to introduce to you our ballerina, Tomoko san. Welcome to Sydney and to the coaching team, Tomoko!

07.01.2022 OUR NEW YEAR'S BABY: Their joy is our joy! HAPPY NEWS from Rosela Hospital, Karawang. This year, Rosela Hospital celebrates the FIRST BABY born on the first day of 2020 (1 Jan 2020). It's a baby girl! Her name is Rumaisha Cahya Namira. The first child of Nia and Amir. ... THEIR JOY IS OUR JOY! To celebrate it, I brought special "Australian" gifts and asked staff at Rosela Hospital to invite the happy couple to bring their baby back to the hospital for a very happy reason. They came today. Here are some pics we took today ...our joy is now complete :) To Nia and Amir: "Many CONGRATULATIONS to both of you from all of us at Rosela Hospital!"
