16.01.2022 This pic is just a reminder that wonderful things are happening inside our wonder building. Despite Covid-19 restrictions arc has renovations which will transform some of our spaces inside. Important things like insulation and flooring. This will make working at arc a wonderful experience and not for example a freezing one! Arc will not lose any of its character, so for those of you who were concerned, dont be. You will happy when you will be able to visit once again.

11.01.2022 There was plenty of glazing of pottery on Sunday in preparation for a firing. Can’t wait to see the kiln open when the firing is finished. Not as much as those who made the work as we had to wait for the kiln to be ready for firing and then Covid restrictions hit! We are hoping next year that workshops will be happening on a regular basis. Keep watching Facebook and Instagram for details.

07.01.2022 Back in 2016 a few of us restored and upgraded the existing Cow mural on the front of the arc building. It was originally painted back in the 1980s and stood the test of time with no graffiti! The paint was starting to breakdown so we cleaned it and repainted two sections with new designs and painted over the other sections to freshen them up. The artists and volunteers include Sharon Anderson, Ronald Edwards, Liz Tyler, Dana Flahavin, Ray Woolley, Klaire Anderson, Amanda Thompson, Cheryl Bickham, Yinnar Primary School, Boolarra Primary school and more!

02.01.2022 Our Painting & Drawling class looks like it will be on at arc very soon if the restrictions are lifted here in Regional Victoria! This is fantastic news for all of us waiting for Alvina to start teaching. As we all know, Alvina is the best and many will testify to that! The course will be shorter but thats ok! If you have been waiting all year for our Drawing and Painting classes to begin, well, they are happening! But not how you think! We are holding them at the Latrobe ...Regional Gallery for 2 reasons; our renovations and their workshop space has a little more room to spread out.
