24.01.2022 Hepburn springs pre-COVID. This front porch was definitely in need of some Arcadia loving. With a full restoration from old to new including ekodeck decking to custom balustrading and stairs complete with custom hand rail and balusters.
23.01.2022 Evansford job completion. Fresh new set of concrete piers for the Jaco cabin. Originally was sitting on off cuts of old sleepers that where rotted out which was a potential hazard waiting to happen.... We then jacked it up level. With next to no room to swing a cat underneath hand dug some pier holes and poured the new foundations. The cabin could not be directly fixed to any anchor points. 12.01.2022 Recently completed new eves in Alfredton. Old eves had dropped and pulled away from house, rotten post’s and the problems went on. Everything replaced, new 90x90 treated post’s and stirrups 90x35 mgp10 framing pine for eve construction, 1200x2.4m eve sheets, hardwood cover straps to match in, and primed quad moulding around tops of posts for an extremely neat finish....
