17.01.2022 It’s great to finally have this Cronulla duplex all signed up ready for commencement in late April. There is no better feeling then when a client trust you with multiple builds and we are so grateful for this to be our 3rd project with them this year. 16.01.2022 Project Gunnamatta... what an amazing journey the last 5 months have been building this unique duplex. One of the key highlights being the fact one dwelling was sold off the plan only 5 weeks into the build which compliments the architect, builder and agent. We are lucky enough to have been awarded another project by our client and we thank them for their trust in Arcadia Projects.

15.01.2022 Welcome to our lastest completed project. This beautiful duplex was designed, approved and constructed within a year. The build itself took 22 weeks. 11.01.2022 And we are officially sold!! Congrats to our clients and to the new owners!! With in a year our clients have bought a block, submitted Plans to council, built and now SOLD!!

10.01.2022 2021 is shaping up to be a big year. Arcadia are happy to announce they have been entrusted by our repeat clients to build this luxury duplex in Burraneer. Both dwellings have been sold off the plan.

08.01.2022 Officially handed over. Our Gymea Bay project is now complete and keys handed to the new lucky owner. Huge effort by the boys to get this one all wrapped up in 6 months.
