15.01.2022 So you’ve decided on a new kitchen - what now?! One of our most commonly asked questions is what is the process or making a kitchen from start to finish Step 1: Tony from Archies Kitchens will talk to you about your initial quote, we have a site measure talk with you in depth about the design, we will also guide you in the right direction with finishes.... Step 2: Within the week you will receive our quote via email, then when you give us the go ahead you can start organising your appliances. Step 3: We then go back out to do a final measure and consultation, we will obtain specs for the appliances and confirm all the colours and finishes. Also, we go over the design once again to make sure that you are % happy with everything. Step 4: A deposit is forwarded and then drawings are provided to you. On average a 2 pack kitchen will take approx. 6- 8 weeks, and a laminex takes around 4 weeks. We are in constant communication with you about updates throughout the process! 11.01.2022 Its Friday! Why not celebrate with one of these; 1. For the grilled pineapple, combine the honey, white rum and lime juice in a large bowl. Add pineapple, turn to coat and stand for 10 minutes. 2. Heat chargrill pan over medium heat. Add the pineapple and cook for 1-2 minutes each side until charred. Transfer to a tray. Chill until cold. Set aside 8 pineapple wedges. Remove and discard skin from the remaining pineapple and roughly chop. 3. Divide chopped pineapple, lime, m...int, rum and honey among 8 x 300ml glasses. Use a muddler or rolling pin to roughly bruise. Top each glass with soda water and ice. 4. Garnish mojitos with reserved pineapple wedges and extra mint. Serve immediately.
