19.01.2022 Do you want to see exactly what your new custom designed home will look like before you build? Here’s our 3D view followed by a shot of the real thing at our Handover Day last week! Only difference is we didn’t have the sun shining at our handover We take you through all the internal and external detailing and views you need to be confident you’re getting exactly what you want before getting started.... We love the beaut timber decking and wide hardwood flooring, with decks on both levels and large entertaining area opening out to look over the Brisbane River! Big thank you to our client, our supervisor and to the whole team who tackled this difficult inner city site from start to finish. The slope itself required careful planning in construction and our architect’s design maximised the height and levels to ensure the premium views were taken advantage of. Most challenging was dealing with a narrow inner city road, no street parking, restricted delivery area, managing drainage, installing tanks to the rear undercroft, traffic control, re installing of power... just a few of the things to keep in mind on these tricky sites! 13.01.2022 HANDOVER DAY - Here is a quick glimpse at our just completed home on a Small Lot at Holland Park West. A great location with elevated sites looking north-west, back towards the city. We’ll come back once the owners have settled in to show you the full lived in feel, but here are a few shots as the owners take their keys and move in! 12.01.2022 One of our recent builds on a narrow and sloping block in Toowong. This inner city site with a narrow frontage of only 10m, is designed for maximum winter sun, air flow and spacious living. Right from entering this home there is a great sense of ease and open space, with views through to the pool across the living and dining areas. This visual connection makes the most of linking the outdoor living and garden to the rest of the home, and the open staircase keeps the view uni...mpeded. On the planning side, very little space is lost to circulation areas and there is a fantastic flow directly from the garage through to laundry, butler’s pantry and kitchen so you have an easy and functional drop-off for shopping and kids’ gear. Best of all, the two storey void to the outdoor living area captures sun and breezes and provides the perfect spot to unwind by the pool.
