17.01.2022 This is the result of when builders engage subcontractors purely on the cheap. Vision Clad removed these panels from builders own home, "Only 5 years old" and the facade cladding has totally failed in every sense". Fortunately this contractor is no longer in business, but there is still plenty trading out there that claim they know what they are doing. Material Distributors also play a big part in these disasters, because they opt to sell materials to anyone with a ute and ha...nd router just for the sake of sales. Before you engage anyone to clad or re clad your next project Make sure you do your home work on A) Compliant panel to suit your building type and class. 16.01.2022 Quality lasts for ever. Vision Clad has been engaged to remove existing cladding and replace with new 100% non combustible panel. Job 1). 254 Rockeby Rd Subiaco.... This was our very first job done in 2004. Apart from no longer being compliant due to changes in fire regulation, the panels are in pristine condition for 16 years old. Panels have no corrosion, and present as brand new minus dust inside pans. Job 2. Wesley College. Carried out in 2005, again panels are in as new condition. Photos attached. My next post is going to be of a re clad we are doing now. This was a builders own home and installed by a fabricator/ contractor that has absolutely no idea or conscious for end user. House is only 5 years old, panels completely failing, crumbling away.

CNC precision made panels, full continuous perimeter reinforcing, stiffened to site category wind loads, water tight cassette panels mechanically installed onto Rondo framing system that include weep holes to ventilate and discharge vapor is the minimum you should accept on your next project. Vitreous Enamel to the walls and roof (DONE BY OTHERS) and Alucobond to soffit - Anthracite Grey and White #16 by Visionclad. Personally the paint finish, unlimited profiling, flat with no orange peel, no distortion, make aluminium composite still the premiere facade product in the world.

11.01.2022 There is no time frame on quality. Vision Clad has been engaged to re clad a building we actually clad 15 years ago. Following the Grenfell building tower fire. Legislation around the world changed.... The Alucobond specified at the time of construction on this West Leederville building is now no longer compliant. The panels started being removed today. They still present as new internally and externally like the day it was completed. This is not a fluke, its only due to the fact Vision Clad has never taken short cuts. We build, assemble and install panels to last. We are replacing existing Alucobond with Ultracore NATA APPROVED AS1530.1/AS1530.3 100% non combustible aluminum panel.
