04.01.2022 realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-vic-balwyn-125529362 A terrific result at auction last month, sold for $8.36 million, for one of our more challenging renovations. The existing house had curved walls and a very commercial feel. Follow the link to see the transformation in pictures. We took the original horizontal curves and featured them vertically in the first floor addition. Some of the many features that we added to the new design were the master retreat complete with dressing room, en-suite, upstairs terrace and yoga room and downstairs, the entertaining spaces, pool, tennis court and alfresco area.
