Renovated to a high standard, we saw the project through the design, approvals and construction documentation stages. 10.01.2022 Architelle has given the entrance to this grand Harbourside apartment building a facelift befitting its heritage and location. New wrought iron gates, with the front stone wall adjusted to include signage and external letterboxes, add charm while improving security. The front door has also been remodelled to create a more inviting and safer entrance. An arched fanlight has been added over the door, along with new lighting and a wrought iron handrail. The new canopy over provides shelter and helps to define the entrance. New forecourt paving, refurbished planter boxes and contemporary colour scheme to the facade of the building complete the work.

10.01.2022 Just completed, this plain mid-century home been given a face lift to enhance its essential character. The roof was in need of serious repairs, so we took the opportunity to create a cathedral ceiling over the living room and refurbish the front terrace. A stunning centre piece to the home is the result, that now has a more open and light ambience, and makes the most of the beautiful bush valley outlook.
