18.01.2022 Update Barell sanded with 240 grid doing some repairs. Preparing the chassis and barell for 2k expoxy primer.

17.01.2022 Just finished the second colour., tomorrow l sandblasted the 6 rims and repainted white.

13.01.2022 Just finished polishing 6 Aluminium rims for borgers crans.

13.01.2022 Complete sandblasting the barell to the aluminium, the chassis has been treated with a coat of metal condition to treat the steel. I use a water blasting machine with 80 grit red garnet. Now l give the barell a 240 grid sanding to smooth the surface.

12.01.2022 Today l decided to sand blasting the complete barell and chassis, the paint is very old and the aluminium in a lot of places the paint is very thin. The chassis has a lot of surface rust under the old paint . This is the best way to make sure nothing will happen..

11.01.2022 Exposy primer 2k then 2k Hill fill primer over the repairs on the one side . Tomorrow sanding the hil fill and Exposy primer ready for painting the 2k ice white 625 2k ppg polyurethane commercial grade.
