24.01.2022 A few of the young lambs we have for sale at the moment, about 4 months old.

24.01.2022 New wider gateway finished and gave the sign a coat of paint in dorper colours.

24.01.2022 After finding this little guy abandoned and unable to walk, 3 injections and 5 weeks of bottle feeding we could return him back with the other sheep. Good result!

23.01.2022 Wednesday 18th December 2019, 6am start, change water in both vineyards, travel to quarry pick up 1.6t crusher dust to take to Arilka. Build tank base and level, empty gravel into tank base. Back to quarry for another 1.6t, ute breaks down, now 40 degrees, fix ute with raa down by ship creek. Pick up more tools and return to Arilka, complete tank base (more shovelling). Move tank, run over Em's foot with tractor (oops!!), put water in tank, feed sheep, pack up tools, shift water on both blocks. Knock off at 9.00pm as hot weather policy of 45 degrees not reached but it did get to 43.2 degrees. Great effort Josh and Em love your work!!

23.01.2022 A few more Arcoota Dorper Ewes delivered to 2 new homes yesterday after a nice drive through the Adelaide Hills. Good to see some green grass growing in the bushfire affected areas.

18.01.2022 Moby Barley nearly ready to cut for hay, set of new twins a few days ago and one of the older lambs thinks it's a mountain goat!

17.01.2022 First lamb for 2020, less than 24 hours old. Looks like I spilt the head paint and it ended up on the back leg instead!!

09.01.2022 Arcoota the sheep ready for a haircut tomorrow. Arcoota Dorpers adopted it's name after this lovely Ewe that we hand raised from one day old. She came from our friends at Holowiliena Station in the Flinders Ranges.
