25.01.2022 Due to the growth of population in SA, housing industry trends towards the medium to high density developments. It is the designers and builders responsibility to pay attention to the impact of the dwelling to the environment in a good manner. Arcotek design and construction proudly completed and handed over dwelling 1 of three development at Windsor Gardens. Architecturally designed allotment offers a reflective facade and exposed aggregate concrete with large glazing facing to the road associated with a corner window to the front bedroom. Timber floors, LED lighting, stone bench tops and two pack cabinetry along with Trio cornices and niches in passageway is a journey for spectators.

19.01.2022 Single storey dwelling handed over at Northfield Highly sloped site caused the design to resolve the contours. 2m high retaining walls and deep footing (1.8m deep piers/trenches) were an intense construction practice and led this project to be finished in the standard level bracket. However the standard finish did not impact on the front façade, use of three different materials and modular windows gave a market value for the sale of this investment property. Brick veneer cons...truction, 2700mm ceiling height as well as the use of ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning system with 5 zones and cooling/heating, three coat painting system and tiled floors are the main characteristics of this house. 06.01.2022 Another successful handover by Arcotek Design & Constructions Arcotek have proudly designed and built this full package project in the standard Arcotek range. Brick veneer construction, 2700mm ceiling height, tiled from standard range and kitchen with 900mm wide appliances, 40mm stone bench top and semi gloss look. Front separate lounge, wide entry and glass door to separate the front section of the house from rear.... Timber floor and the use of LED lighting, bulkheads and niches in the TV points and shower alcoves. Trio cornices and square set finish corners gives more quality finish to 3 coat painting system all around. Poly tank with associated pump, 25mpa concrete path around building, driveway, cross over and pedestrian access.
