20.01.2022 An exciting opportunity has become available to join ARC at Home Physiotherapy, a growing home visiting service, working with clients in their environment to help them ACHIEVE their goals to assist to REHABILITATE them and CONNECT them back into their community. We are looking for a motivated casual physiotherapist to work approximately three days per week to take over the treatment of existing clients whilst our current physiotherapist is on maternity leave. The caseload is... a mixture of neurological conditions including post stroke and spinal cord injury as well as some general geriatric physiotherapy including falls prevention, balance and strength retraining and back pain. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and should be able to develop a strong rapport with their clients. Experience working in the home environment is desirable but not essential. A training period will be provided and mentoring will be available as required. Ongoing professional development will be encouraged. You must have a drivers’ license and a reliable car. Working hours are very flexible to support a healthy work life balance. 17.01.2022 ARC at Home Physiotherapy is hiring again. We are looking for motivated physiotherapists to join our growing team. This job would suit those looking to re-enter the workforce after children or travel or would suit those currently working part-time looking to increase their days/hours in a new role. ARC at Home Physiotherapy is also currently considering hiring physiotherapy assistants. If you know of anyone who might be suitable and interested please get them to give me a call and we can discuss this exciting opportunity. Think FAST: F = face - is the person's face drooping or asymmetrical; A= Arm - is the person unable to lift their arm above their head... S= Speech - is it slurred? T= Time - act FAST and call 000. Don't call a loved one, don't call the GP call an ambulance. Don't go to bed to sleep it off - if you are not right or your loved one is not right call an ambulance. See more
