25.01.2022 There’s a mouse in the house! Ole mate has chewed through temp sensor wiring and a whole loom for the solenoid valve. Was able to repair all connections and get it running.

23.01.2022 Is your ducted air con not working in certain rooms of the house. It could be due to a faulty zone control board. I’ve seen 2x in two days. Fortunately we can bypass the brains box to get things running until a replacement is installed

23.01.2022 Replaced this faulty condensate pump with a new Refco Combi. They have a sensor that is hidden behind the indoor unit and the pump is in the ceiling space so it can’t be heard. These pumps are essential if your system is installed on an internal wall with no access to a drain.

13.01.2022 Had to find a refrigerant leak on the customers AC. Some installers obviously don’t pressure test their flares on install because that is extra time and money. This was a Hi Pages install. Just remember, you get what you pay for!

13.01.2022 More dishwasher repairs today on a rinse aid pump tube. Replaced the cracked tube and no more leaks on the floor. We do all sorts of repairs, not just refrigeration!

01.01.2022 Customer said his AC wasn’t working well. There was a solid screen installed in front of the unit with no vents. AC units love air flow and run more efficiently when they can breathe. Removed screen and tested without further issues.
