17.01.2022 Have you ever tried tandem expressing and breastfeeding? This is a fantastic way to stimulate supply, to catch all that precious let down milk that happens to many Mums, and to avoid any blockages or engorgement if you have a baby who only feeds on one side at a time. Choose an electric pump that can swap easily between double and single - or if you use a manual pump, use one that can be used left or right-handed, and has a light touch.
