14.01.2022 Everyone needs someone to talk to without judging opinions. To work with whatever it is your going through and help you conquer and strive to be the best you can be! I haven't even physically ran Kacee through any training but look what the power of listening and giving simple advice on nutrition can do for someone wanting to change their life. 22kgs down what a champ! This is why I do what I'm doing... To help pave a path for people not knowing where to start and what advice to follow Kacee keeps me updated with her progress and always makes me so proud to be apart of her journey thank you for your kind words X Liss

This is a topic that many friends and friends of friends have asked me about, usually confused and weirded out by the idea of having red meat and fats as the first meal of the day trust me... I too had this reaction when I discovered this method of nourishment. ... Red meat is high in proteins which assist not only in feeding your muscles but they increase mental focus and keep you fuller for longer by slowly increasing blood sugar levels for sustained energy.. without the nasty additives and carbohydrates that sugary cereals provide. Eating proteins for breakfast help cravings and help you make better choices for the day. Fats allow your body to regulate blood sugar levels. They increase good fats in the body (HDL) which helps rid and prevent bad fats (LDL) in the body. Perfect for preventing diabetes or helping diabetics control their disease with nutrition. Plus fats high in DHA- an omega 3 fatty acids.. feed your brain and can provide better functionality to memory and motor function, and improve conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder and ADHD.
