The local markets are on, come down and get a sausage, onion in bread cooked by our local RSL crew, grab a hot coffee and maybe some healthy brekky, Rhys and Alex will help u with that, stroll up and down the street with great views of a still and perfect ocean. 17.01.2022 Ardrossan Fine Meats would like to take this opportunity to wish all our great customers, friends and families a very Merry Christmas and a fabtabulous New Year . Yep i know I'm late posting this, but i spent most of yesterday in and out of airports and planes taking me to my final destination of Townsville. I am spending Christmas with half my children, Tim and Lauren and Ellen, and it was great. Food, beer, love and laughter, then i had a huge afternoon nap. A big thankyou... to Seth who helped me out over the Christmas period and to young Roger who got thrown in the deep end, and performed extremely well. Roger will be taking on an apprenticeship in the new year. I hope your Christmas time was and is full of laughs, love and good food. Merry Christmas to you all. 10.01.2022 Wind, rain, cold, winter is here and comfort food is on the menu. I cooked this beautiful meal for my lovely wife and i today, a Wagyu porterhouse roast with pork crackle and vegies. So damn good with a couple of scotch and cokes who could say no. And so easy. So come in and discuss with me your roasting options, pork, lamb, beef or chicken all with many variations and so delicious. I truly enjoy offering quality meats to all my customers and if they want something special, all they need to do is ask. Keep warm and stay safe through the school holidays.
