Perfect for schooling... all movements and self correction - 60 x 20m floodlit outdoor arena; rubber and river sand composite rideable in virtually any conditions - 60 x 20m outdoor grass ménage to practice dressage tests - Round Yard for lunging - Hot Wash; indoors and cold wash outside - Indoor and outdoor tacking up areas - Stables available if required eg sick or injured - Tack, feed and hay storage for each Agistee - Variety of paddock sizes depending on your horse’s needs; from yards to large paddocks all with automatic watering and generous sized field fully lined field shelters and quality grazing - Paddocks have extremely well managed pasture (no horse sick paddocks) and top quality fencing always maintained; however it is the horse owners responsibility to ‘pick-up’ their horse’s paddock/s or arrange to have it done - Float and truck parking - Over 20kms of off-road riding within 200m of the property - Laneways on-property to ride around - Poles and obstacles available for use Most importantly we as property owners are truly horse lovers.
