24.01.2022 Here is the upgrade of the camp kitchen we completed for the good folks at Oasis Tourist Park . Go over to their page and check out all the great works they have done to improve the facility over the last year. This project utilised the Visitor Experience Enhancement Program (VEEP). Another round of these grants has opened today. Custom made stainless steel kitchen by Darwin Metal Industries

24.01.2022 6m x 6m skillion roof carports with custom flashings, all built over the last couple of months in Darwin's rural area. TOTAL PRICE: $11, 800 (GST INC). Price includes drafting, engineering, stamped stormwater management plan (LSC), building permit, all inspections & the Occupancy Permit (coded as a 10A).

14.01.2022 We have just completed a shed extension on a residential shed we previously built in 2017. The extension has brought the total size of the shed to ... 10m (W) x 37m (W) = 370m2. The size of the shed before the extension was 10m (W) x 25m (L) = 250m2. To the open bay at the front of the shed, we have also added an awning and partially sheeted the walls. This has given the owners possessions stored in that area some extra sun protection. The last six photos show the shed before the extension.

08.01.2022 Professional painters are worth their weight in gold, but if you have a steady hand , painting is one of the highest impact and most affordable DIY projects you can undertake. This is a BEFORE and AFTER of my verandah in Humpty Doo, completed 12 months ago. As you can see, this 70's house was looking neglected and needed some TLC. The concrete verandah was painted as was the exterior of the house and the metal window frames & grills. We also painted some old ceramic pots a...nd cane furniture to complete the look.
