23.01.2022 Redd from Roxy films is coming in tonight 9/03/2021 to film our bjj class and again on Friday for the Little and Junior warriors classes. He is putting together a short promo video for the gym

19.01.2022 January 11th 2021 We will be open tonight for classes, the Lockdown ends at 6pm , that’s when we will open the gym, please don’t be early. Please wear your masks when coming into the gym and sign in on arrival. Children’s classes ... All adults must wear a mask while inside gym, children under 12 are not required to wear masks. Parents please do not arrive early for class and sign in when you get here please. I feel it’s very important that us as a community keep each other safe. If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms or a member of your household is sick please do not come to the gym. If you need a covid test please follow the rules and let me know. I have been thankful for so many members that have needed covid tests (all negative) and done the right thing. We are doing our best to follow the health directives and keep everyone safe and training hard. Thank you for your understanding

10.01.2022 Hi everyone because of the Queensland Covid lock down we will be closed for the remainder of the day. It’s scheduled to be a 3 day lock down, hopefully we will be back to training next week. Be safe 08/01/2021

07.01.2022 On Tuesday March 16th 2021 we are having 2 local legends teach. Cameron Quinn will be teaching striking from 6-7:30pm and Dan Higgins will be teaching bjj 7:30-9pm. Free for members and $50 cash for guests, all are welcome

05.01.2022 We prioritise cleanliness and hygiene at Ares MMA. We keep the mats and the rest of the gym clean, please do your part and keep good hygiene practices. Always have your finger and toe nails cut short, have a shower before class, always have foot wear arriving to the gym and using the washrooms. Please bring a towel for all the sweat and hard work . Thank you
