As a landlord being dissatisfied with the customer service received from another agency, I decided to move the management of my investment properties across to Arghavani Real Estate.... At the time my investment property in Alkimos had a tenant who had decided to stop paying rent and was neglecting the property. Neither of which were being addressed effectively by the previous managing agent. Amanda has taken over the management of the property in the middle of all of this, which I would imagine is quite the challenge. Amanda has effectively communicated with myself and my insurance company to help with the claims process.
