23.01.2022 Recently completed gravity fed cabinet smoker that we've been building for a customer. This is fully insulated and has been great fun to build over the last few months. Pretty excited to see this up and running. Should hold a few kilos of brisket!

23.01.2022 Ben took delivery of his custom built offset today! Pretty excited so see this get put to good use. 4m long and 1m diam air receiver with an insulated firebox and removable chimney. 6 racks internally each almost 1mx 1m this will cook a huge amount of food. We had his custom logo cut into the counterweights. Also fitted 4 teltru gauges so he knows exactly what the temperature is doing. Today we heated it up and rubbed with beeswax to seal after grit blasting, it'll he grea...t to watch the colour develop over time as it gets used. 23.01.2022 Now we're allowed to socialise again don't forget we have out offset trailers available for hire! Organise your function and show everyone how good you can cook. $275 for a weekend with wood on board. Pick up Friday and drop off Monday. We can drop off and pick up for a small charge if you need.

11.01.2022 We've had this beast of a GMC in the shop that belongs to Champions Horse Transport for a custom roll bar upgrade. New full length side rails, infill panel, tie downs on the inside, light and ariel mounts and fresh black powder coat. Certainly made it made it more stable and looks the part now.
