24.01.2022 Do you set intentions for your week? I don't normally but today I have really felt like I should plan how I want to feel this week, not what I want to do. So this week I want to feel present, I have a serious mindless scrolling problem so I want to put my phone down more and play with my boys. I also want to feel accepting, of myself, my family, my challenges right now just accept it all and feel it all. I read a post this week about challenges and it said something along the lines of, before we came to this earth God told us what our challenges would be and we accepted them, told him we could do it. That really hit home for me, I had never thought about it that way before and it has kind of given me a new perspective. So here is to a new week! Tell me how do you want to feel this week.

24.01.2022 I have 2 sessions available for Saturday mini sessions!!! 10:30 and 10:45. I have had people cancel because of covid and would love to take photos of you! I have booked the beautiful @the_coastalbarndream for the day. You get 3 photos from you quick 10-15min session and get to hang out with me

24.01.2022 Wow!!! What a day we had on Saturday!!! I had 15 sessions booked in, I ended up running crazy late thanks to some technical difficulties with my computer, but I received beautiful messages from people at the end of the day about how much they loved their session and I CAN NOT WAIT to send everyone their beautiful photos

23.01.2022 The days are already starting to get warmer and it stays I'm so ready for spring and longer days. I love going to the beach in winter and a sneaky freezing dip in the ocean but I'm ready for some warmer weather!! . . . If you haven't booked in your mini session yet there is still time! 20.01.2022 I absolutely love feeding photos! If you choose to or are able to breastfeed it can be such a difficult and incredibly beautiful experience. I have been so lucky that breastfeeding has mostly been an easy journey for me, both my boys have fed past a year old with little to no complications. I love to take photos of women breast feeding their babies to document this journey and have forced my husband to take photos of me feeding our boys . I equally love to take photos of parents feeding their baby a bottle, I think I love to photograph it because you can see so much love in the parents eyes, it is a time they stop and enjoy their baby in that moment (if they don't have a toddler climbing over them too ) it is a time to just be.

18.01.2022 I'm sure like me you have been following all the covid-19 updates, if you haven't heard the term "flatten the curve" yet where have you been? This is my plea to practice some social distancing and self isolation. See that stunning girl in my photo? she is one of my best friends, her name is Katie. Katie has cystic fibrosis and also a tiny premie baby his name is Arlo and he is very cute. The goal of social distancing and self isolation is to reduce the risk of our health care... workers being put in the position where they have to chose who they provide care to like what is happening in Italy. Katie and her baby are relying on you to stay home so if they need to be in hospital there is a bed for them, there are ventilators for them and enough staff to care for them, they are the ones who may not just have a cough like me who is a mostly healthy person. So please stay home if you can, don't go any where you don't need to go to, if you have to go out don't touch anyone, wash your hands, it is simple stuff, but it could save someone's life. Enjoy the sunshine in your own backyard, enjoy some home time with your family if you can. We are living in a crazy time See more

I just read that NSW, VIC AND SA are closing non essential services. I'm waiting for QLD to follow and put these restrictions in. Be kind and share the love from a distance

17.01.2022 Hey guys!!! I'm still here!! I've been so slack with posting, obviously work is slow right now with social distancing but I have been filling my time with a little project that I am very happy with. It has zero to do with photography, I have needed a creative outlet. I will 100% share a photo of it when I'm done because I am so excited about it!

16.01.2022 Happy Thursday!!!! I legit was about to write happy Wednesday!!! Where has this week gone?! What's everyone plans for the public holiday tomorrow? I am hoping we will hit the beach and I will also get some down time to work through these mini sessions

15.01.2022 I feel like it's time to book in another mini session day! I am thinking around August, stage 3 of returning to "normal" life is in July so I think August is a safe time to do it. I've been looking at a beautiful home on the Northern end of the GC. So who is keen let me know if you are ready for some family photos!!

13.01.2022 Late last year I decided it was time to put my all into this little side hustle of mine to make it my every day hustle but then life told me it wasn't the right time. I love taking photos so it will continue to be my little side hustle, my love project. So I'm still here I still want to take photos of you and your loved ones!

10.01.2022 I am still working through mini sessions and slowly sending them out to people and it is so nice seeing everyone tag me in their photos on the gram like as soon as they get them cause they are so excited about them I'm also a little milk bath obsessed and always trying to find a way to make them all a little different, hopefully I never run out of ideas

07.01.2022 Another beautiful woman celebrating her life! Annie had a shoot to celebrate her 30th birthday a couple of weeks ago and it was so fun!

07.01.2022 I am so thankful that during these social isolation days I can still take some photos of families on their porch/by their front door. How is your social distancing going? Are you struggling? Are you loving it? Tell me about your day? I miss taking the boys to the beach and the park, but I'm loving the slower pace of life the good sleep routine the boys are in. It has been ever better having my parents home, River loves helping them in the yard.

05.01.2022 Covid 19 portraits. It looks like I'm close to this beautiful family but I'm at least 3 meters away taking these photos and they didn't even have to leave their home. This week has been interesting for me, weird emotions. I am starting back working at the hospital after a year of maternity leave. I'm an ED nurse when I'm not a photographer, I'm excited and nervous and sad and stressed. Even without going back to work I think everyone is experiencing some crazy emotions right now, if you don't have someone to talk to slide me a dm

02.01.2022 Just as I went back to nursing the covid restrictions set in so I havent been able to do any photoshoots so it was so fun to be taking photos again on the weekend! Ruth and Matt were so chill, they started their day with a run together, went and had coffee, Ruth had her hair and make up done and then they got ready together. So beautiful to be able to capture some photos for them in their home before their ceremony!
