22.01.2022 Something to consider before you comment on another persons body. Most of the time these comments can come from a place of meaning well, but words can be powerful and have the potential to impact on someone's body image or relationship with food. After all, the way someone looks tells you nothing about what might be going on behind the scenes, their health or relationship with food.... Even with the best of intentions at heart, the best thing you can do is to refrain from commenting on another person’s body at all. 02.01.2022 There is nothing to be gained in comparing yourself to others. It can be easy (especially with social media) to get caught up with what other people weigh, their body shape, how much they can lift, or what food they are eating etc I guarantee focussing on what other people are doing will have zero impact on what you can do as an individual. ...
