25.01.2022 Some Exciting Updates It's been a busy couple of weeks I finished up another uni semester at the end of June Since then I've had a little break and have been working on some exciting things for my PT Business!... Global Gym is now Thrive 24/7! I'm so excited about our revamp and re-opening this weekend. Come down and check us out. There's going to be a sausage sizzle, jumping castle, body scans and group exercises classess all for free The re-branding meant it was time for new business cards so I got this great shirt made up as well. Pictured is a stethoscope, sphygmomanometer and calipers for taking heart rate, blood pressure and body composition respectively. I love the broad range of skills I'm learning which are applicable to clinical, exercise and sport science professional settings. Taking manual blood pressure is a very versatile skill to have but not many other health or medical professions require you to be able ...to take exercising blood pressure! Whilst my practice calipers are only plastic, I get to use high quality metal calipers at uni to be able to take skinfolds and estimate body fat. If you're interested in getting any health or fitness testing done I'd be happy to arrange a time with you.
