09.01.2022 Sooooo, late last year I was working on writing and performing a #afrobeats BAAANGERR in the studio with Adechoon. After many, many sessions on working on this song, I started feeling fed up and in the middle of a session, I threw my hands in the air, stormed off and yelled ( I'm just passionate, ok! ) across the room for him to just play me something different. "For the love of god.....PLAY ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!" Then mans here played a beat that he had sitting in hi...s metaphorical back pocket and BOOOM.... the stars aligned, church bells rang, the angels in heaven looked down upon us the birds starting singing and so did I and 'Whine With It' was born!! This song is most definitely a highlight of 2020 for me as a writer, singer and songwriter and I am proud that 'Whine With It' is making a mark and starting a movement in the Australian Afrobeats market and I could be apart of it.
