19.01.2022 Sand Garden Grenache, hand picked from our old gnarly vines planted in 1900. It's such a privilege to work with this fruit and tell the story from this garden. For this wine we've chosen to place a small percentage of whole bunches at the base of the fermenter. Not so much as to distract from the variety or the place but just enough to lift the aromatics, lengthen the palate and add another dimension to our wine. To be topped up with whole berries, this ferment is sure to be ...expressive of this beloved variety and region. #arilagardens #sandgarden #grenache
