Looking forward to getting together again and making some noise for Jesus! https://www.trybooking.com/BMEQW I’ve been reading the news a bit this week, and one thing is very obviouspeople don’t mind publicizing and promoting the ideas, thoughts, and values that oppose the kingdom of God and the person of Jesus. AND THEY DO IT UNASHAMEDLY! No hesitation. And a lot of it is celebrated. They place it under the banne...r or being progressiveor tolerantor equality. It’s worship of a little g(keep reading, it will make sense in the end) By the way, I also believe in being progressive (we won’t reach the world for Jesus if we are not keeping up with how culture thinks). I also believe in being tolerant, and even equality. However, my understanding of these things may be different to popular opinion. In response to all this, I love what King David wrote: Psalm 138:1 I will praise You with my whole heart; before the gods I will sing praises to You (notice the little git’s not just our God that hears!) Tomorrow morning, as God’s people gather in their various locations, we get the opportunity to celebrate Kingdom thoughts, values and ideas. We get to publicize and promote the greatness of God and His ways. IT’S WORSHIP OF THE BIG G! Through declaration and praise, preaching, conversations, etc. And just like David saidwe get to do it before the little g as welland I get the impression he doesn’t like it when we do! So let’s not be timid and hold back. Come boldly before God. Bring ears open to hear, a heart open to receive, eyes open to seeAND A MOUTH OPEN TO PRAISE! Blessings!
