24.01.2022 Our team work - push each other and motivate each other on a daily basis. @alittlelifter squatting 105 kilos for the first time! @a_powerbuilder spotting like a boss This has been a goal of mine since I first ever started training, I was always way too scared to attempt. Always thought I'd never be able to do it. Then I started thinking it was possible, started believing in myself and what I could achieve. I started listening and learning more and soon enough reached my biggest personal goal!! Now on to chasing 140 !! 20.01.2022 Dog park workout! For anyone who has little amount of time to get everything done during the day - get two important things done at once! Take your dogs to the park and do a quick workout! ... Step one: Hype up the hecking doggos Step two: Go to the dog park and copy these exercises or come up with your own! Try to repeat each exercise for 10-12 reps per side for 3 sets. Step three: Ensure the doggos are buggered! Happy dogs & happy you!

07.01.2022 ATTENTION For those who are too afraid to go to the gym and workout due to poor self image, low self esteem, worried about judgement or looking/feeling out of place. I feel you. Being the only T-rex is daunting, scary, embarrassing and challenging! But I wont and cant let that affect MY LIFE. I cant and wont let other peoples opinions determine my change and health! So you shouldn't either!! ... WHO CARES IF PEOPLE JUDGE AND LOOK AT YOU! YOURE THERE FOR YOURSELF AND TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR OWN LIFE! 04.01.2022 ARISE team Our fitness journeys were not easy. They did not come quickly. I have trained for nearly 7 years, Blake has trained for over 10 years. We worked our butts off the entire time, it became a passion, a lifestyle, something we could not live without. ... It is our release of stress, sadness, anger, frustration but is also our happy place. We enjoy achieving things in our sessions, always pushing ourselves to work harder and set new goals. We have had our down times where gym felt like the worst place in the world. Like we had no motivation and just couldn't go. But pushing through it and getting back there as soon as you can is what keeps you going. Gym saved me. It is the biggest reason I can cope with my depression and anxiety on a daily basis. It is the reason I can still stay positive even when I really don't think there's anything left to be positive about. It gave me hope. It has helped Blake with stress and anxiety also. Something many of us deal with regularly. It has really been a rock in both our lives, even long before we met each other. That is why we are so passionate about getting it out there, showing people, teaching people that there is a solution. That goals can be reached, you just have to start reaching. We want to help change lives physically and mentally, to help others find true happiness within themselves.

Inside and out. It means once we hit the bottom there is ALWAYS a way to rise up again. ... Never give up. Mentally or physically. You might have to die a little inside first to be able to create the best version of yourself. Embrace the pain, the struggles, the problems, the obstacles - allow it to help you grow and learn. 01.01.2022 Gaining 20- 25 kilos isn't always a bad thing Before photos taken during my second year of training 5-6 days a week and after photos are from last year an...d this year - still training about 5 days a week. If you give it time, consistency and make it a lifestyle not just a phase then you can and will achieve your goals! When I first started at the gym I weighed 48 kilos and wanted to have lots of muscle and "look big". It has taken me 7 solid years of training to get to where I have always wanted to be. I now weigh in at 76 kilos and have more size/shape then I ever have. I am currently holding more fat then I'd like but that's just another goal to work on. I never gave up, always pushed through the hard times, the days when I didn't want to go or couldn't be bothered I just got up and did it. Make no excuses. The time WILL pass and it's better to have reached your goals after that long period of time then to wish you stuck to it. It's called body building for a reason! You have to build your physique and all good things take time. ARISE
