25.01.2022 Day 1 of the retreat was a day of shifting gears to rest, being spoilt and seen, embracing Gods presence and hearing His voice. I loved seeing the women giving themselves permission to stop and be loved on. Bring on another day of this exquisite retreat!

20.01.2022 As the retreats have finished for the year I have stepped into a new season. A season that requires a slower pace, of spending time resting my head on His shoulders. Its a season of having space for connections, surfing and creating something new with Him. And its one that allows my body to rest. . To be honest its uncomfortable, its wonderful and its counter cultural to the hustle mentality. But God has spoken so clearly that this is a very important season and to trust Him in this slower pace. I hope this encourages you if your find yourself in a slower season. 16.01.2022 We retreat to Advance. There is this misconception that you only retreat when you are exhausted and needing to recharge. But actually taking intentional time out regularly will see us advancing in all that we do. . Intentional time out will brings clarity, it allows fresh ideas to flow, we have fun again and remember all aspects of who we are and we will have the energy and renewed passion to take those bold steps to advance. ... . 15.01.2022 With permission I am soo excited to share a beautiful story I received last night (from a fabulous lady) on the back of yesterday’s Monday Encouragement... . This morning I was super flat after yesterday’s announcements. I was tired and feeling deflated. I watched your vid and I prayed that God would encourage me.... I did laugh about people bringing you flowers and thought that doesn’t happen to me. ... . Well, I met up with a friend for the first time in months (due to lockdown), we went for a long walk and near the end, she whips $50 out her pocket and says "this is for you. I just really felt to bless you with it. Just think of me as a vessel giving this to you, from God"..... yes, I was gobsmacked and blessed, but it wasnt until later in the day that I remembered your vid and the prayer I prayed. oh course I rang my friend and told her and she was doubly blessed to be an answer to prayer... . Wow wow wow it just made my heart burst and was such a powerful example of just how much God loves to meet our requests and needs I hope it blesses you today xx See more

14.01.2022 Looking over this WILD 2020. Regardless of having to cancel 3 international retreats we were still able to serve over 160 women through Arise Sanctuary this year. . This year we: 1) Held our very first Mother Daughter retreat where my sweet daughter worked along side me.... 2) Presented a special retreat for the Christian Women in Business conference in Sydney 3) Held our first interstate retreat in Byron Bay. 4) Provided over 70 online retreat packages through the year particularly through isolation 5) Returned to our favourite retreat in Montville 6) Enjoyed going to a new level with our stunning Noosa retreat. . We have seen miracles, physical healings, amazing breakthroughs, women realising and running with their God given dream, friendships formed, the Fathers love poured out, lives and families impacted.. and it’s all because of God and what takes place when in His presence. 12.01.2022 This day 5 years ago I was completely unaware that during our first holiday as a family of 4.. God was going to wildly disrupt my life and the direction I thought I was heading. . It was on this holiday that God let me know it was time to begin the women's retreats. He interrupted my beach time and spoke clearly into my heart... when I told Him I couldn't see how to do these retreats He then gave me the first steps and strategy on how to begin. I knew it was from Him and so...mething came alive in me that day. . I share this to remind us that we don't know what timing and God moments He has planned for us. But we can be confident that there are God moments and disruptions planned for our lives. We just may not realise we are about to walk into them! . 12.01.2022 Recently I have become intentional at praying for God appointments or meetings during my day. That I would be able to recognise them and take the time and space when they happen. . The last 2 days I have had 2 different God appointments. One was running into 2 precious ladies I know but haven't seen for a long time. And another was meeting a lady on the beach and having a really beautiful conversation. ... . I could feel God on both of these unexpected meetings for different reasons. And it has reminded me of the importance of creating room in our lives for His appointments and His meetings.xx See more

Both women pray, do in-depth planning and preparing before every single retreat. All the women attending the retreats are deeply impacted by how Jodi and Lesa use what is in their hands to bless and love on the ladies. Thank you @lesas_table and @jodedesigns I still find at every retreat that my jaw is on the ground with awe at what each of you do!

07.01.2022 I always go into a retreat wondering what God is going to do and I always leave the retreat in absolute awe at how uniquely and lovingly He meets each woman. There is not condemnation or shame attached when He places His finger on something. Just a deep knowing we are so loved and valued that He won’t remain silent about the things that are not for our good. .

03.01.2022 I used to feel really guilty for a long time when I did something wrong. And to be honest I would find myself stuck, it would take up a lot of emotional energy and I would lose my footing during that time. . Now I'm recognising how unhealthy that is and if God has forgiven me then it's time to give myself grace to learn from my mistakes and move on. ... . Scripture that really helped me is from 1 John 3:20 "Whenever our hearts make us feel guilty and remind us of our failures, we know that God is much greater and more merciful than our conscience, and he knows everything there is to know about us. 01.01.2022 I have a fun little tip for you that I thought I would share... I have this habit that when I have a special God moment I will take a photo of where it happened.. It can be when God speaks to me or I can deeply feel His presence. . I treasure this photo of this sweet cafe in Switzerland because God met me here. I had an hour to myself so I brought my journal and the Lord just spoke to my heart as I wrote. He showed me specific things He had brought about in my life that ...year and how all those things were from Him. I was undone and deeply impacted and to be honest it was pivotal to the rest of my holiday with my little family in Europe. . So now when I look at this photo I am reminded all over again of that special time and just how much God loves me. . #godmoments #godspresence #funtip See more
