18.01.2022 Meet our piquette - a long time in the making, Sour Grapes 2019 is finally ready for release this spring. ~ At only 8% ABV, it sits somewhere between a wine and a sour beer, made my soaking the grape marc (skins and seeds) after pressing. The water leeches out all the goodness and flavour left and referments, creating one tasty refreshing beverage. We added local bush honey for a little added spritz.
