24.01.2022 ARK COMMUNITY UDPATE - COVID-19 In response to global pandemic spread of COVID-19, it is incredibly important that appropriate measures are taken to protect the health of our students, families and wider community. We believe that being united and proactive in controlling the spread of this virus is crucial to reducing its potentially devastating impact. At Ark Education, we understand that we are facing challenging times ahead, and our families may now be in a position ...where students require academic support the most. Ark Education will continue to hold classes for the remainder of Term 1 for all of our students in Primary, Secondary and VCE levels. Week 8 - Saturday 21st March & Sunday 22th March Week 9 - Saturday 28th March & Sunday 29th March Our Springvale Centre will be closed during the term break from Sunday 29th March until Saturday 18th April. We intend to open as usual for Term 2 on the weekend of the 18th & 19th April, but will closely monitor the development and spread of COVID-19 in Victoria. WHAT ARE WE DOING TO PROTECT YOU? We have always actively restricted the number of students in each of our sessions, and thus have sufficient space in our classrooms to maintain Social Distancing guidelines recommended by the Department of Health. To provide additional re-assurance to our families studying with us, we will commercially clean our centre after each session and provide sanitary and alcohol-based cleaning products for all students to maintain good hygiene. CAN I STILL ENROL FOR 2020? For new students seeking tuition services, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, we anticipate our classrooms will soon reach capacity due to further limited class sizes in light of current circumstances. We are actively monitoring the health of our team of tutors, and for the sake of our business and our community, we only request that if you, your family, or anyone you are in contact with is unwell, that you please stay home, self-isolate and/or seek medical attention.
