16.01.2022 I have had a lot of clients go whale watching. :The best experience ever: "" I will never forget watching the whales"" ""They were jumping out of the water, twirling around, and going under the boat. Best day ever"" These are just some of the comments we have had after they have come back from Whale watching. Stay with us and book now

04.01.2022 28th November 2014 Come and book your accommodation with us we are not far from the action, 70 meters from the beach. Just ring us direct. 07 4125 4360 Superboats ready for super weekend in Hervey Bay... Get ready for the thrill of high octane powerboat racing in Hervey Bay. Across the weekend of 28-30 November, Hervey Bay will host the national series final of the Hervey Bay Boat Club Offshore Superboat Championships. The weekend program presented by Fraser Coast Opportunities includes the chance to see the boats out of the water and meet the drivers in the pit bay, an Esplanade boat parade - and fast and furious racing action out on the water. "Spectators can line up anywhere along Hervey Bay’s beachfront to watch these high class vessels as they race at speeds of up to 200km/h around a triangular course running from Torquay to Point Vernon, within 600 metres from the shore, Ms Griffith said. "Roving buskers will perform from Scarness to Torquay both Saturday and Sunday and there will be Esplanade markets both days, she said. "On Saturday afternoon, the boats and drivers will take to land to parade along the Esplanade, following exciting pole position shootouts on the water at midday. At the Marina, there will be the opportunity to view the boats in the pit crews on across the weekend, and watch model Superboats race. The main racing starts at 11am on Sunday morning. A dedicated event zone will be set up from 10am to 2pm at Torquay for the main race day on Sunday 30 November with music, market stalls and a licensed wet area. There will be free face painting and children’s rides, including Zorb Balls and dunking tanks. "If anyone wishes to get closer to the action, they can buy front row tickets for 360 degree views and catering on board special catamarans and sailing vessels moored in an exclusive area inside the race circuit, Ms Griffith said.

03.01.2022 The big boats are coming to the bay this weekend. I used to be involved in boat racing back in New Zealand so I personally know how awesome they are to watch. The noise alone they make is so exciting. It is worth it to come and watch these boats over the weekend. Come and stay with us we are only 70 meters from the beach. If you want to be inside the action there is a boat that will take passengers ( for a price) to be inside the race line.I am really looking forward to watching these superboats

01.01.2022 Well the Whale season has really kicked off. There were 12 pods of whales seen out there so lots of fun was had.
