24.01.2022 It's a great time to think more about boosting your immunity.

23.01.2022 We've been wearing masks for a few weeks and are now asking patients to wear a mask in our clinic as well. If you live within metropolitan Melbourne or Mitchell Shire, you must wear a face-covering whenever you leave your home, unless an exception applies. A face covering needs to cover both your nose and mouth. It could be a face mask or shield. https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/face-coverings-1159pm-wednesday

12.01.2022 I would like to thank Michael Black to introduce me! A little more about me: I help people who struggle from weight issues, fatigue and the feeling of overwhelm... to live healthy, lose weight, regain their energies and organize themselves by super charging their mindsets and developing healthy lifestyle habits. My Philosophy: I believe that our body is wise enough to heal itself, if it is provided with the right environment - food, exercise, mindset, attitude and lifestyle choices. Everything in our body is interconnected and we need to treat our body as a WHOLE. A quick-fix treatment for any problem, although effective is temporary. I follow a holistic approach and focus on simple and sustainable lifestyle changes for weight loss. (No meal replacements and no supplements) My mantra is "SIMPLIFY TO AMPLIFY" Looking forward to help all of you in achieving your health and wellness goals! 02.01.2022 It's R U OK?Day, a reminder that every day is a day to start a conversation that could change a life. Today we're calling on Australians to learn what to say af...ter R U OK? so they can keep the conversation going when someone says they're not OK. There's more to say after R U OK? Learn what to say when listening with an open mind Learn what to say when encouraging action Learn what to say when checking in Learn how to continue a conversation that could change a life. When we know what to say next we can help someone open up and find pathways to support long before they're in crisis. Learn what to say next and help us move closer to our vision of a world where we're all connected and are protected from suicide. Head to www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask

02.01.2022 Did you know that an estimated 4 million Australians have back problems? The good news is that chiropractic may offer you a drug free alternative to not only help prevent and alleviate pain but to promote a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. #ConsideraChiro
