This is the perfect social cycling event to get on your bike after all the months of social riding with your family and friends to make a difference to a charity in need especially during this time. 17.01.2022 Many thanks to the owners Graeme and Michelle Hill of Dome Kelmscott and Dome Cafe Armadale, both local cafes within the City of Armadale and both of which were severely hit by the restrictions imposed on cafes and restaurants. I know that you were both personally affected by COVID 19 and I also know that your community spirit which has been fostered through your life in the country always prevails and I thank you for your support for yet another year since the inception of CAGF. To further add to their generosity they contributed all of the takings from the CAGF 50 km riders (this distances was named after Dome Kelmscott) BACK to PCaHELP the nominated charity! Cyclists and everyone else please do make Dome Kelmscott and Dome Armadale the place to dine and stop over for a beverage or a snack whenever you are in the City.

14.01.2022 Feedback: I’d like to thank you and all the volunteers/support people for organizing a very well managed and successful event. Coming back to riding after a couple of years of little activity was hard on my legs, so climbing speed was a little embarrassing to say the least, but I did enjoy cruising in the misty landscape and tearing down on the sweet descents. I had a little difficulty making the pink arrow from the red and the green ones, as I am partially red-green color bl...ind ( ! Yes: there must always be one! haha) but I got a little help from other riders and managed to stay on the right course. I was also pleased that the few drivers on the road were very courteous, giving us often more than the safe distance required by law. Then to make the ride memorable, the sun came out and it was blue sky on a very fast finish. Did not beat any personal records, but it was great to be back on the saddle. Thanks again Ian, looking forward to the next ride! Gianluigi Tentori
